Eligibility Criteria
For making your business eligible for DPIIT recognition, your business should be meeting the following:
- Company Type Registered as Private Ltd, LLP, or OPC
- Not more than 10 years from the date of incorporation
- Should not have crossed ₹100 Crores in any one financial year

- Should not be created due to division or restructuring of existing enterprise
