Refund & Cancellation Policy

This Refund & Cancellation Policy governs the terms under which refunds, cancellations, or service credits may be issued for services offered by Startup kare, operated by Startup kare Private Limited.
1. Scope & Applicability
This policy applies to all paid services including:
- Startup registration & compliance services
- Legal, tax, and documentation services
- Digital, branding & tech services
- Business consultancy & advisory
By making a payment, you agree to this policy along with our Terms & Privacy Policy.
2. Service Commencement
A service is considered started when:
- Work or consultation has begun
- Documents are prepared or submitted
- Government or third-party filings are initiated
Once a service has commenced, refund eligibility becomes limited.
3. Refund Eligibility
Refunds may be considered in the following cases:
- Service not initiated within promised timeline
- Major service deficiency not resolved
- Duplicate or excess payment
- Service cannot be delivered due to internal limitations
4. Non-Refundable Cases
- Incorrect or incomplete information provided by client
- Government rejection or delays
- Change of mind after service initiation
- Partially or fully completed services
- Digital products once delivered
5. Refund Time Limit
Refund requests must be raised within 30 business days from payment or first service milestone.
6. Refund Amount & Deductions
Approved refunds may include deductions for:
- Work already completed
- Third-party/government fees
- Administrative charges (₹1000 or 10%)
Refunds (except technical errors) are capped at 30% of total service fee.
7. Refund Process
- Email request to info@Startup kare.com
- Include invoice & payment details
- Provide valid reason & supporting documents
- Verification by internal team
Review takes 10–14 business days. Approved refunds are processed within 21–35 working days.
8. Service Credit Option
Instead of refund, users may opt for:
- Service replacement
- Credit valid for 90 days
9. Limitation of Liability
Startup kare is not liable for indirect losses, delays caused by banks/payment gateways, or third-party failures. Liability is limited to the amount paid for the service.
10. Dispute Resolution
Clients must first contact support before legal action. All disputes are subject to jurisdiction of Jaipur, Rajasthan, India.
11. Policy Updates
We may update this policy anytime. Continued use of services implies acceptance of the updated policy.
